our work?
FOSTER FAMILY
Since our rescue does not have a physical shelter, we rely on the support of foster homes.
We provide all costs associated with fostering as well as professional training when needed.
We highly value our fostering community and your Fostering Coordinator will always be available to you for support. Foster care usually last about 1 month.

FLIGHT ANGEL
Are you flying back from Cancún and want to be a flight angel ?
We are looking for people landing in Calgary, Kelowna, Victoria or Vancouver.
We organize and cover all dog costs with minimal disruption to your travels!
A representative from Refugio Animal Holbox will meet you at your airlines check-in and the adopter will meet you at the destination airport to pick up their new furry family member.
MAKE A DONATION
As our adoption fees rarely cover the cost associated with rescuing, we rely on donations to keep us going.
100% of donations go to the dogs and rescue operations. We are 100% volunteer run!
